This position is responsible for managing accounts payable, T&E-related services and policy compliance, the corporate credit card platform and program, treasury, sales & use taxes, legal and tax registrations, and the supervision of department staff. This individual will interact with other managers, others in the US finance team, and with the Group (parent) finance team.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Direct and oversee all functions within Shared Accounting Services, including Accounts Payable, T&E, Treasury, and Tax Compliance.
- Supervise and develop department staff, fostering a high-performance, service-oriented culture.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor payments and employee expense reimbursements.
- Maintain and enforce T&E policies, ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the corporate credit card platform, including issuance, usage monitoring, and policy adherence.
- Manage daily cash operations, banking relationships, and short-term liquidity planning.
- Support cash forecasting, intercompany funding, and treasury reporting.
- Oversee accurate calculation, reporting, and remittance of sales and use taxes across applicable jurisdictions.
- Ensure compliance with evolving tax laws and coordinate with external advisors as needed.
- Manage and maintain legal entity registrations and tax filings across all relevant jurisdictions.
- Coordinate with legal and tax teams to ensure timely renewals and compliance.
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities across all service areas.
- Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with SOX or other regulatory frameworks.
- Oversee the use and optimization of ERP systems and financial tools related to AP, T&E, and treasury.
- Collaborate with IT and finance teams to drive system enhancements and integrations.
- Establish KPIs and service level agreements (SLAs) to measure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
- Provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership on operational performance and risk areas.
- Support audits and other initiatives as needed.
Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
- 5+ years experience in similar position and strong GAAP understanding
- High EQ, works well in a collaborative setting
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel), BI and ERP systems, M3 preferred
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to communicate and work effectively across departments

Working Conditions:
- Monday- Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
- Estimated starting 8/25/2025
- Flexible hybrid work model with a requirement to work on-site at least 3 days/week. Works primarily in office environment.
